What to do before you pay

    Choose the event and boat together.

    Confirm that the captain accepts tournament bookings and knows the event format.

  2. 2
    Read the current organizer rules.

    Check eligible species, tackle, boundaries, team size, release proof and weigh-in requirements.

  3. 3
    Price the complete entry.

    Base entry, optional jackpots, boat, fuel, licenses and lodging are separate costs at many events.

  4. 4
    Attend registration and the captains’ meeting.

    Bring the licenses and vessel documents named by the organizer.
